When my good friend Patti Davis invited me to take photos at her son Garth Davis’s movie premiere of LION – which was globally acclaimed and nominated for the Golden Globe Awards in various categories, I knew this is going to be a very special night for Madan Daniel Photography. This was a movie premiere hosted by Patti for her family and close friends to come and share the success of her son, Garth’s amazing journey. It was wonderful to meet Garth and hear him share some of his experiences when making LION. Even though Garth Davis made his feature film debut with “Lion,” he can already be considered at the top of his movie-making game. And what a wonderful movie he has made!!! Amazingly talented as a director, and humble to the core, he had lots of time for everyone who came up to ask him about the movie and take photos with him.
